If you can not send a digital picture, please describe your mailbox and the item needing repair in as much detail as possible. We will review your description; if we are unable to determine the repair required from your description, an on-site inspection will need to be scheduled at a cost of $25. We will e-mail you for payment information if an inspection is required. Our repair staff can evaluate the repair needed independently so no appointment is needed.
